- The unique fine silver dial is hand engraved with a scene of wild poppies.
- The mechanical hand-winding movement is the 17 Jewels, '97' calibre, 11 1/2" ligne movement by the makers known as Fontainemelon, or Fabrique d'Horlogerie de Fontainemelon, (often abbreviated as FF or FHF). These movements were released around 1975 but the movement provided in this watch has never been used. The movement is therefore 'new old stock' and provides excellent value and reliability. The surface of the movement plates are decorated with a hammered effect finish. We will personally service the movement before it is sent to you. It will be accurate to at least +/- 5 seconds per day when installed. Our 2 year guarantee ensures accuracy of +/- 30 seconds per day to allow for wear.
- The case is solid stainless steel and has been polished to a brilliant shine. It is 35.3mm in diameter (excluding crown). The dial opening is 26mm.
- The black calf leather strap with blue silk stitches is hand crafted and hand stitched.
- The watch has a 1.5mm thick domed mineral glass crystal. Mineral glass is the toughest available material to protect against the crystal breaking and therefore provides the best protection for your unique hand engraved dial.
- Please allow up two eight weeks for despatch, as your watch will be serviced and tested before it is sent to ensure best performance.
